The Law Firm of Murray & Guari Sponsors and Supports the PBC Youth Court Annual Banquet

West Palm Beach, FL – The law firm of Murray & Guari Trial Attorneys, a personal injury, pedestrian accident and product liability firm in West Palm Beach, is proud to sponsor and support the Palm Beach County Youth Court/Teen Drug Court programs and annual banquet, held March 25, 2010.

The Youth Court Program operates as a partnership between the Department of Juvenile Justice, the State Attorney’s Office, the Public Defender’s Office, the 15th Judicial Circuit, local law enforcement, and local private attorneys. This diversionary program helps keep Palm Beach County Courtrooms from being overburdened and allows youths the opportunity to participate in peer mediation and mock trials. The Youth Court Program continues to expand every year. Cases are diverted as a direct referral from law enforcement (often referred to as juvenile first offender) or from the State Attorney’s Office.
