Scott Perry Moderates PBCBA Judicial Seminar

West Palm Beach, FL – Murray Guari Trial Attorney Scott Perry moderated the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Judicial Seminar on “Facebook, Social Media Discovery and You. Discussions with views from the bench, academia and practitioners” on September 30th at the Palm Beach County Courthouse.

This was the third sidebar series for attorneys by the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Topics included discovery of social media, including written discovery requests of public and private information; confidentiality concerns in production of social media; and ethical issues involved in social media discovery.

Scott is an active member of the Young Lawyers’ Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He recently chaired the Back to School program, which, in addition to 400 snack packs donated by the Office Depot Foundation, and boxes of supplies collected from various law firms, the Young Lawyers donated $1,000.00 worth of healthy snacks.

Scott’s practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death matters. He seeks justice on behalf of victims of auto accidents, slip and falls, and defective products.

The Palm Beach County Bar Association was founded in 1922. The mission is to serve its members, foster professionalism and enhance the public’s understanding and awareness of the legal system. The bar is active in providing numerous public service activities and giving back to the community.
