Jason J. Guari is dedicated to helping individuals and their families who have been wrongfully injured due to the negligence of others. He seeks justice in the areas of personal injury and insurance disputes. This includes wrongful death, nursing home neglect, insurance bad faith, product liability, automotive crash-worthiness, premises liability, aviation law and automotive liability.

Before entering private practice, Jason began his career as a Staff Attorney for the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Palm Beach County. Thereafter he joined the prominent defense firm Kubicki Draper. That invaluable experience being on "the other side of the fence" and the more than 20 jury trials are particularly helpful to plaintiffs and consumers who must now deal with insurance companies and attorneys.

Jason earned his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1995 and his B.S./B.A. degree from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey in 1991.

Jason is an active member of the Florida Bar, is a past Board of Directors member and current Eagle Member of the Florida Justice Association (Member of Membership and Continuing Legal Education Committee). He is a member of the American Association for Justice, and is on the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. His community involvement includes being recently elected to the 2010 – 2011 Board of Trustees of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society – Palm Beach Area Chapter, and he is on the board of the Rosarian Academy. Jason has also lectured before numerous professional legal associations across America.
