Trial Experience

We have more than 35 years of combined legal experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and have tried dozens of cases. Many firms do not like to go to trial, and/or do not have the experience or resources to do so, and subsequently they do not take a case to court. They often settle, sometimes at the expense of the client. While we don't believe every case should go to trial, we believe that a client should get an attorney that is willing to go to trial, has trial experience, and will look out for their client's best interest at all times.

Our Focus

We focus on our client's goals of obtaining justice and gaining renewed hope. This allows our clients and their families to focus on getting well, while we concentrate on the legal aspects of their cases. We understand the importance of each legal matter to individual clients and each matter is treated with the utmost commitment and attention.

Whether your case involves existing or potential litigation, we give it the same focus and priority. We prepare every case as if we were going to trial. However, whenever possible, we will resolve matters through effective negotiation or mediation and pursue the clients' best interests with tenacity and skill.

The majority of our clients come from referrals from former clients and other law firms. We believe this says a lot about our practice and our commitment to our clients. Our initial consultations are free. We operate on a contingency fee basis, which means clients do not pay legal fees unless and until you win or reach an acceptable settlement agreement, and then our firm receives a percentage of your recovery as agreed upon up front and in accordance with Florida Bar rules. If the case isn't won, clients pay no attorney fees. This allows consumers to hire the best attorneys available regardless of the person's financial situation.
